1. All tickets sold by Harrogate International Centre and Harrogate Box Office are sold on behalf of the advertised promoter of the event.
2. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
3. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or money refunded, except in the case of a cancelled performance.
4. Food and drink are not permitted in the auditorium.
5. Use of cameras and any form of recording equipment is strictly prohibited.
6. Patrons are requested to consider others' needs/enjoyment of the event by remaining seated throughout the performance.
7. Every effort will be made to seat latecomers but admittance cannot be guaranteed.
8. The Management reserve the right to refuse entry or reject any patron, who, in the opinion of the Management, causes/or may threaten to cause disruption to the performance or offence to other patrons.
9. The Management reserves the right to offer alternative seats to those stated on the tickets.
10. Harrogate International Centre and Harrogate Box Office reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone appearing to hold a ticket which was bought by someone else and resold at a profit to the 'new bearer' of the ticket.
11. Please note some events will contain loud music.
12. Harrogate International Centre and Harrogate Box Office reserve the right to make alterations to the event or advertised arrangements made necessary by unavoidable cause/s.
