HIC Box Office sells tickets for all shows at Harrogate International Centre Auditorium and The Royal Hall. Tickets are available by phone on 0845 130 8840 or in person at the HIC Box Office. All tickets purchased online or by telephone will be subject to a 10% booking fee.
Book Online
You can book tickets for entertainments at Harrogate International Centre and the Royal Hall by logging on to the What's On? section of www.harrogateboxoffice.co.uk, finding the event you want to buy tickets for, and then following the links to TicketWeb on the event listing.
Please note online purchases attract a handling fee of 10% of the total value of tickets purchased plus postage if applicable.
Tickets booked online can be collected from the box office from one hour before the start of the show, at the appropriate venue.

Call the Box Office direct on 0845 130 8840, Monday to Saturday 10.00am - 5.00pm.
All major credit/debit cards accepted (subject to booking fee) and your tickets can be sent directly to you.
In Person
The Box Office is open 10.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Saturday, and from one hour prior to the start time of an evening show at Harrogate International Centre. Our main Box Office is located at the entrance to Harrogate International Centre, Kings Road, Harrogate, HG1 5LA. Parking is available for the Box Office users.
The Royal Hall Box Office is open one hour before a Royal Hall show starts, and is located at the entrance to the Royal Hall: Ripon Road, Harrogate, HG1 2RD

Write to: Box Office, Harrogate International Centre, Kings Road, Harrogate, HG1 5LA enclosing details of your ticket requirements. Please make cheques payable to ‘Harrogate Borough Council’. A 10% booking fee is applicable when paying by Cheque.
Reservations will be held for seven days. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. Tickets may only be resold at the discretion of the management.
Why Do We Charge Booking Fees?
The 10% booking fee helps to cover the administrative costs associated with the running of a box office service and contributes to above the line marketing and advertising of events. Local groups and charitable organisations holding events at Harrogate International Centre venues receive 2% of booking fee receipts from HIC as a donation to funds.
Gift Vouchers
Harrogate International Centre gift vouchers are available from the Box Office in denominations of £5, £10 and £20. They can be used to purchase tickets to any entertainment event at Harrogate International Centre Auditorium or the Royal Hall.
Group Bookings
For bookings of 8 or more please contact Lisa or Johanna on 01423 537225.
For bookings of 8 or more the booking fee is reduced to 5%.
Food And Drink Policy
Food and drink can be purchased via the catering outlets within the venues for consumption within the foyer areas only. Food and drink, including ice creams, is strictly prohibited within the auditorium.
The bar is open an hour before the show for pre-performance drinks; interval orders may be made at any bar outlet prior to all shows commencing - your pre-ordered drinks will be ready for collection as soon as the first interval commences.
The management reserve the right to amend the policy on food and drink should the need arise for specific events.
Car Parking
There is a £2 per car parking charge for all vehicles using the HIC car park when attending an evening entertainment event. On-street parking is available for events at the Royal Hall. Please see the Getting Here section for full Car Parking details.
Disabled Facilities
Wheelchair spaces, ramp access and special facilities are available for disabled visitors.
Please call the Box Office on 0845 130 8840 to ensure you book the correct seating and discuss any special requirements you may have.
Guide dogs are welcome.
Induction loop installed for the hard of hearing for entertainments that are amplified. For ramped access to the Royal Hall please use the entrance to the left of the steps to the Royal Hall.
Parking for adapted access outside the Royal Hall is subject to availability.
