Opening times are Monday - Saturday 9.30am - 5.30pm.
There is now a 10% booking fee (10% for national touring
artists, 5% for local, charitable events) when paying by a
credit/debit card or cheque on selected events, postage is included
in this fee if tickets are posted out. If paying in person by cash
there is no booking fee. Car parking for all evening entertainment
events at the Harrogate International Centre is £2.00
per vehicle for entry to the HIC car park. On street parking is
available for events at the Royal Hall.
Gift Vouchers
Harrogate International Centre gift vouchers are available
from the Box Office. They are available in £5, £10 and
£20. They can be used to purchase tickets to any
entertainment event at Harrogate International Centre or the Royal
Hall.

Book Online
Please note that Ticket Web charge a handling fee of 10% of
the value of tickets purchased plus a postage fee if tickets are
posted out.
In Person
The Box Office is open 9.30am - 5.30pm Monday to
Saturday, and remains open up to starting time of an evening
show at Harrogate International Centre. Our main Box Office
is located at the entrance to Harrogate International Centre: Kings
Road, Harrogate, HG1 5LA. Parking is available for Box Office
users.
The Royal Hall Box Office is open 1 hour before a Royal Hall show
starts, and is located at the entrance to the Royal Hall: Ripon
Road, Harrogate, HG1 2RD.
Payment can be made by cash, cheque (with accompanying bankers
card) or a major credit/debit card. There is now a 10% booking fee
(10% for national touring artists, 5% for local, charitable events
and group bookings of 8+) when paying by a credit/debit card or
cheque on selected events. If paying in person by cash there is no
booking fee.
By Post
Write to: Box Office, Harrogate International Centre, Kings
Road, Harrogate, HG1 5LA enclosing details of your ticket
requirements. Please make cheques payable to 'Harrogate Borough
Council'. There is now a 10% booking fee (10% for national touring
artists, 5% for local, charitable events and group bookings of 8+)
when paying by cheque on selected events, please contact the Box
Office for further details.
Reservations will be held for 7 days. Tickets cannot be
exchanged or refunded. Tickets may only be resold at the
discretion of the management.

Food and Drink policy
Harrogate International Centre
Food and drink can be purchased via the catering outlets
within the venue for consumption within the foyer areas only. Food
and drink, which includes ice creams, is strictly prohibited within
the auditorium.
The Royal Hall
Food and drink can be purchased via the catering outlets within the
venue for consumption within the public areas throughout the event
and within the auditorium during pre-show and interval only.
Interval orders for alcoholic drinks may be made prior to all shows
commencing from any bar outlet - your pre-ordered drinks will be
ready for collection as soon as the first interval commences.
The management reserve the right to amend the policy on food and
drink should the need arise for specific events.
